Last Sunday we went to Chiemsee. that is?

Is a freshwater lake in Bavaria, Germany, between  Rosenheim, Germany, and  Salzburg, Austria. It is often called the Bavarian Sea. The riversTiroler Achen and Prien flow into the lake from the South; the river Alz, out towards the North. The Chiemsee is divided into the bigger, north section, in the northeast, called Weitsee, and theInselsee, in the southwest.

There are three main islands on the lake: Herreninsel, the largest,Frauenchiemsee, also called Herreninsel (gentlemen’s island) and Fraueninsel(ladies’ island); and uninhabited Krautinsel, 3.5 ha. It is known as cabbage island because in the Middle Ages it was cultivated with vegetable and cabbages.   Herreninsel has a palace built by King Ludwig II in 1878 called Herrenchiemsee, which was never completed but was meant to be a replica of the Palace of Versailles. Many of its roomsare open to tourists; tours of the palace and its extensive grounds are conducted throughout the summer.  Frauenchiemsee, the smaller of the two main islands, houses a Benedictine nunnery, built in 782, as well as a small village. The nuns make a liquor called Klosterlikör (cloister liquor) and marzipan(almond paste).

Muchos de los cuartos del palacio pueden ser visitados por los turistas; durante el verano se puede recorrer el palacio y los campos en la isla mediante tours guiados.  Frauenchiemsee es la menor de las dos islas más grandes en el Chiemsee, y alberga unconvento Benedictino, construido en 782, y una pequeña villa. Las monjas producen un licor llamado Klosterlikör (licor del claustro) y un exquisito mazapán.

Los ferries salen cada media hora y tu decides el tiempo que deseas quedarte en cada isla, tambien podrias pernoctar en la isla de las monjas, Puedes disfrutar haciendo caminatas o sentarte en algun hostal a comerte una rica comida alemana con una buena cerveza, como dios manda! :).

Hay tiendas de pescados,( compras tu sandwich de pescado y te sientas a los alrededores del lago y por supuestos se te acercan unos graciosos patos de lindos colores a pedirte un bocadillo), de ceramicas,( en la tienda de ceramica, puedes hacer un tour por toda la tienda y te muestran como fabrican las ceramicas, es un tipo museo), tiendas de recuerditos. Totalmente turistico. si tu quieres visitar solo 2 islas te cuesta 8,90 euro. hacer el tour completo te sale 12 euro. Realmente vale la pena.

Tambien puedes viajar con este antiguo tren si llegas por la estacion de trenes o dejas el auto en la estacion de tren y te subes a estos antiguos vagones y te llevan a la costa de chiemsee, ahi podras comprar los ticket para el ferries, el tren cuesta para adultos 3, euro y los niños 1 euro. Vale la pena.

24 stunden-Diät bei Flair Magazine / 24hrs-dieta

Como el titulo lo dice,  en la revista FLAIR del mes dejunio 2015, salio un reportaje sobre "casi Fitnes" donde podrias hacer un poco de ejercicios en la oficina, viendo la tele... hasta con la ropa de trabajo y daban un tipp para una dieta de un dia, que segun podia rebajar entre 1 o 2 kilos.  Me recordo la dieta Dukan, que el primer dia te daba como prioridad como comida solo proteina. esta tambien lo indicaba, pero solo se puede hacer un dia  a la semana ,  y yo recomiendo que no es para las personas que sufren obesidad, estas ultimas deben tener un plan de dieta y este no sirve, a no ser que sigan la dieta Dukan. Bueno decidi hacer las 800 calorias de UN DIA DE DIETA  y chicas si solo quieren perder 1 o 2 kilos , este plan es perfecto!!! lo hice y al dia siguiente tenia medio kilo menos. Recomiendo tambien que debes hacer por lo menos ese dia una caminata de media hora para que funcione. Yo empeze un desayuno con unos huevos revueltos y un cafe con leche, al mediodia almorce un  pedazo de bisteck de caochino y un yogourt de la marca exquisita de sabor de vainilla que solo tiene 0,2 de grasas, tenia un total de 500 gr  lo que daba a todo eso unos 450 calorias, me lo fui comiendo poco a poco desde la hora de almuerzo hasta las 4 de la tarde,   A las 7 de la noche me comi otro huevo revuelto con un cafe.  Ahh mucha agua.   y les digo que SOLO POR UN DIA: Funciona.+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Mermelada de flores de sauco //// Elderberries jam

Esto fue realmente nuevo para mi, no tenia idea que con esas flores se podia hacer mermelada y menos que se podian hacer tantas cosas como jugos, infusiones, se usan en las ensaladas, para combatir la conjuntivitis, y cantidades de cosas mas..... tambien me comentaron que la fruta de los saucos lo usaban hacen miles de tiempo atras para pintarse el cabello!!! y yo recien enterandome. Bueno siempre hay algo nuevo para aprender y me alegro saber que no importa el tiempo esa informacion llego a mi, y espero que tambien llegue a ti y logres sacar mucho provecho porque son muy beneficiosas para la salud, Pero, como en todas partes, existe un pero, tienen una desventaja, algunas son toxicas y no recomendadas, asi que mucho cuidado con cual vas a elaborar. lo importante seria siempre preguntar para estar claro con lo que se lleva a la boca.

Para  3 frascos:

10 ramas con las  flores como en la foto

1 limon

900 ml de agua

azucar para mermelada que enga la porcion 2:1

3 cucharada de jugo de naranja.


Preparación :

Las 10 ramas las cortas con un cuchillo en pedazitos y la pones en el agua con el zumo de limon durante 24  horas , para que agarre el aroma de la flor.

Despues de las 24 horas , pasas el liquido por un colador y cocinas con el azucar  unos 12 min a fuego alto.


Listo ..... facil , verdad??

Fui a una droguería aquí en Alemania a comprar algunos productos , claro yo iba ingenua del maquillaje , requería de la ayuda de cualquier incauta que llevara algo en su cara. Divise una joven que conocía y le pregunte si podía ayudarme a la elección de algunos productos mostrándole la cuenta de instagrams y que si fuera preciso no muy caro . Asintio  y procedió a acompañarme donde se encontraban los productos . Cambios de muebles ? Comprar o pintar ?

IEse fue un dilema que tuve un buen tiempo , deseaba cambiar el aire de la habitación de mi hijo . Ya todo un teenager . Que color? Qué tenga iluminación, ya que en Alemania el clima es casi siempre frío y eso hace que no haya mucha claridad en las habitaciones. Busque mucho, hasta que decidí que seria gris y blanco los colores de la pared ....  Me preguntaba y entonces ? Deberé comprar los muebles blancos ? Visite varias mueblerías y era un alto precio a pagar lograr ese ambiente . Un día durmiendo se me apareció en el sueño , un mueble que tenía en madera pintado por mi misma en blanco , por supuesto desperté a las 2 de la mañana totalmente activa, tome mi iPhone y me puse a navegar en búsqueda de ese pensamiento . Conseguí temas y que eran los nuevo in de todos los craft ( hazlo tu mismo ) , la pintura chalky , hay muchas marcas , la que me gustaba no se encuentra aquí en Alemania , así que un pedido por medio de internet salta algo caro , hasta que di con una que podía comprar por Amazon . Aquí les envío unas fotos para que vean .
