Como veran todo se refiere a estar fresco !!!! Poca ropa, pies descalzos, agua , vitalidad  y podría seguir así . Love it. 

Guacamole .

GUACAMOLE !!!! Avocado dip of Mexican Art .Rezepte: very easy. Mash avocados for the guacamole with a fork, stir in chili powder and lemon juice and small pieces tomato and onion (not quite ....!) Guacamole season with salt and pepper. ... Ps ... Avocado should be mature. 💚❤️💚❤️💚 ************************* GUACAMOLE !!!! Avocado dip un Arte mexicano .Receta muy fácil. Pelar El Aguacates  para el guacamole con un tenedor, poner  un poco de chile en polvo ,jugo de limón , trocitos de tomate y cebolla (no  todo ....!)  sal y pimienta al gusto. Psssss el  aguacate debe estar maduro. 💚❤️💚❤️ ❤️ 

Invitaciones interesantes.

Hoy se me ocurrió un tema sobre invitaciones, ya se que todos preferimos invitar por medio de what up , yo lo uso mucho , o por teléfono o por cualquier red social , pero ... Me decía yo ... Y si fuera unos pocos invitados y la misma fuese más interesantes para convidarlos a tomar un café , a unas cervezas a unas tapas, a tomar el sol , a un pequeño cumpleaños ....????  Como podría está ser interesante ? ...  Justo tenía un sobre con mi nombre que alguien me dejo en mi casilla postal y necesitaba yo una, las mías se habían agotados, estamos hablando de los sobres, y si uso esta misma y pongo un parche encima de mi nombre y reenvío ? Así vino la idea de forrar el sobre .. Los birkenstock , las sandalias alemanas , la que los alemanes la usan en el trabajo . Porque ? Porque son cómodas .  Yo  realmente no estaba en plan de shopperin,  fui al mercado de los viernes donde se vende comestibles frescos, Personas que tienen pequeños viveros o tienen vacas con la que hacen quesos, otros hacen tortas y muchas cositas ricas mas. ahí es totalmente todo fresco, vestida así.======================================================== I really was not in shopperin plan, I went to the Friday market which sells fresh food, people who have small nurseries or have cows which make cheeses, cakes and many other rich do more stuff. all that's totally cool, well dressed.                

Entonces sentí que las hawaianas me molestaban con las piedritas y decidí mirar por otras sandalias .... Luego de hacer mis compras me fui a la zapatería ...  Y así fue.  Me gustaron mucho porque normalmente compro las que tienen las de dos tiras para que sujete mejor el pie,pero esas son un poco calurosas y estas no .          ==========================================================      And so it was. A veces deseas guardar algún que otro condimento en algún lugar y no se te ocurre mas que ir a comprar alguna cajita o meterlo en una bolsa de plástico . Pero aquí te dejo una opción ... Y puedes hacerlo con cualquier frasco que traigas del supermercado , en vez de botarlo, lávalo . Y luego pinta del color que tu quieras la tapa , puedes pintarlo con pintura acrílica , pintura de tiza , pintura de pizarra , spray .... Yo este lo pinte de pintura de pizarra y luego use una tiza para escribir en el lo que tenga y ponerlos en las gavetas de abajo de la cocina . Y con leerla tapa de que hay en cada una .

Hay un estilo muy simple y muy fácil que puedes hacerlo tu mismo , solo teniendo un par de tijeras en tus manos . Qué ocurre ? Consigues el mejor look de la estación , combinándolo con camisas , camisetas , traje de baños , blusas y algún que otro espadriles o los famosos Birkenstock . Last Sunday we went to Chiemsee. that is?

Is a freshwater lake in Bavaria, Germany, between  Rosenheim, Germany, and  Salzburg, Austria. It is often called the Bavarian Sea. The riversTiroler Achen and Prien flow into the lake from the South; the river Alz, out towards the North. The Chiemsee is divided into the bigger, north section, in the northeast, called Weitsee, and theInselsee, in the southwest.

There are three main islands on the lake: Herreninsel, the largest,Frauenchiemsee, also called Herreninsel (gentlemen’s island) and Fraueninsel(ladies’ island); and uninhabited Krautinsel, 3.5 ha. It is known as cabbage island because in the Middle Ages it was cultivated with vegetable and cabbages.   Herreninsel has a palace built by King Ludwig II in 1878 called Herrenchiemsee, which was never completed but was meant to be a replica of the Palace of Versailles. Many of its roomsare open to tourists; tours of the palace and its extensive grounds are conducted throughout the summer.  Frauenchiemsee, the smaller of the two main islands, houses a Benedictine nunnery, built in 782, as well as a small village. The nuns make a liquor called Klosterlikör (cloister liquor) and marzipan(almond paste).

Los ferries salen cada media hora y tu decides el tiempo que deseas quedarte en cada isla, tambien podrias pernoctar en la isla de las monjas, Puedes disfrutar haciendo caminatas o sentarte en algun hostal a comerte una rica comida alemana con una buena cerveza, como dios manda! :).

Hay tiendas de pescados,( compras tu sandwich de pescado y te sientas a los alrededores del lago y por supuestos se te acercan unos graciosos patos de lindos colores a pedirte un bocadillo), de ceramicas,( en la tienda de ceramica, puedes hacer un tour por toda la tienda y te muestran como fabrican las ceramicas, es un tipo museo), tiendas de recuerditos. Totalmente turistico. si tu quieres visitar solo 2 islas te cuesta 8,90 euro. hacer el tour completo te sale 12 euro. Realmente vale la pena.

Tambien puedes viajar con este antiguo tren si llegas por la estacion de trenes o dejas el auto en la estacion de tren y te subes a estos antiguos vagones y te llevan a la costa de chiemsee, ahi podras comprar los ticket para el ferries, el tren cuesta para adultos 3, euro y los niños 1 euro. Vale la pena.

24 stunden-Diät bei Flair Magazine / 24hrs-dieta

Como el titulo lo dice,  en la revista FLAIR del mes dejunio 2015, salio un reportaje sobre "casi Fitnes" donde podrias hacer un poco de ejercicios en la oficina, viendo la tele... hasta con la ropa de trabajo y daban un tipp para una dieta de un dia, que segun podia rebajar entre 1 o 2 kilos.  Me recordo la dieta Dukan, que el primer dia te daba como prioridad como comida solo proteina. esta tambien lo indicaba, pero solo se puede hacer un dia  a la semana ,  y yo recomiendo que no es para las personas que sufren obesidad, estas ultimas deben tener un plan de dieta y este no sirve, a no ser que sigan la dieta Dukan. Bueno decidi hacer las 800 calorias de UN DIA DE DIETA  y chicas si solo quieren perder 1 o 2 kilos , este plan es perfecto!!! lo hice y al dia siguiente tenia medio kilo menos. Recomiendo tambien que debes hacer por lo menos ese dia una caminata de media hora para que funcione. Yo empeze un desayuno con unos huevos revueltos y un cafe con leche, al mediodia almorce un  pedazo de bisteck de caochino y un yogourt de la marca exquisita de sabor de vainilla que solo tiene 0,2 de grasas, tenia un total de 500 gr  lo que daba a todo eso unos 450 calorias, me lo fui comiendo poco a poco desde la hora de almuerzo hasta las 4 de la tarde,   A las 7 de la noche me comi otro huevo revuelto con un cafe.  Ahh mucha agua.   y les digo que SOLO POR UN DIA: Funciona.+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Ahh, sollten Sie viel Wasser trinken. und ich sage es, dass für einen Tag: funktioniert.
